This option is for a basic development of your character. This means emotions, physical traits, likes and dislikes, etc etc. 

What this doesn't include is any story development like their lore, arcs, reasons, or anything else of that nature.

This package includes the basics, as well as lore, family, technical details like location, daily life, and other more specific aspects of the character.

This does not include story related character development such as arcs, motivators, and other things of the sort.

This package includes the last two, plus the addition of arcs, motivators, and story planning in general. Why they do what they do, and how this pushes their story forward. What they will go through. What they will suffer. Stuff like that.
